FCBT isn't responsible for items left on buses, van or any other vehicle owned by FCBT.

(Exhibit A of this email is considered a part and  attached to all FCBT contracts
quotes, invoices & agreements)

Please Note: Your transportation date will not be reserved until your deposit is received and processed. 

    FCBT reserves the right to dishonor any agreements, quotes, invoices, or contracts that have been altered by unauthorized persons/parties.   All acceptable agreements must be altered by FCBT personnel only. If this agreement has been altered by an unauthorized party this agreement will be considered null in void.  
                                                       ***All deposits are non-refundable***

All contracts, agreements and invoices must be paid in full by the due date.

Late Payments:
If the chartering party fails to pay any amounts when due  FCBT may charge a $50 late fee and/or suspend the performance of any services or terminate this agreement, contract or invoice pursuant to the terms and conditions of this agreement, contract or invoice. The late fee of $50 will be an additional fee
and not subtracted from the total cost of services. The late fee is non-refundable.

FCBT Acceptable Payment Methods:

1) Cash/Certified Checks: (Please don't mail cash)

FCBT isn't responsible for any lost or unreceived funds

credit/debit payments require an additional 2.9% processing fee.

Rates are subject to change based on change request, systemic, verbal, written, via email, text and any other form of communicated messages in 
errors that may cause price adjustment to the original quoted rates. FCBT reserves the right to adjust rates,
