Our drivers adhere to the Department of Transportation (D.O.T) rules, which limit driving to no more than 10 hours per day, with a total of 14 on-duty hours.

Gratuity is not included in the trip cost and is greatly appreciated. The average tip is $3.00 per person, depending on the coach size.

What happens if the trip is cancelled?

In the event of cancellation by the client, the payments made are not refundable but may be transferable based on bus availability for up to 30 days. For cancellations by First Class Tours due to unforeseen circumstances (like inclement weather or mechanical failure), a full reimbursement will be provided.

Are food and beverages allowed on the bus?

Yes, but please note that open cups without lids are not permitted on the bus to maintain cleanliness.
